𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 - Civil Site Agent (SACPCMP Registered) 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: South Africa 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Permanent / Fixed-Term 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿: Civil Engineering – Water & Infrastructure Projects 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨: Must have a Bachelor of Technology Degree or National Diploma in: Civil Engineering OR Construction Management SACPCMP Registered (Professional Construction Manager ) Must have 5–8 years of proven experience working on civil engineering projects, specifically within the water infrastructure sector, including: Pump stations Pipelines (bulk & reticulation) Reservoirs (steel or concrete) Water supply or water treatment projects Civil works such as earthworks, structural concrete, formwork, and site establishment Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of overseeing site activities, managing subcontractors, supervising teams, and ensuring project delivery according to specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 (𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹) Must be fully proficient in interpreting and applying the following contract forms: 𝗚𝗖𝗖 (General Conditions of Contract) 𝗙𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗖 (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) 𝗝𝗕𝗖𝗖 (Joint Building Contracts Committee) The ability to administer contracts, manage claims, handle site instructions, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations is critical.
