Senior Product Lead

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements Conduct market research and competitive analysis Prioritize product features based on impact and feasibility Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics Drive continuous improvement and innovation Mentor and guide product managers and team members Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in product management within a digital or tech platform environment Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working closely with software development teams Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Preferred Skills Experience with SaaS or platform-based products Knowledge of UX/UI principles Familiarity with data analytics tools and product management software MBA or relevant advanced qualification (advantageous) What We Offer: Competitive salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per annum Performance-based growth opportunities Flexible work environment Professional development support Collaborative and innovative culture
