Tech Designer

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design technical system flows and platform architecture frameworks Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions Create wireframes, mockups, and functional design specifications Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation Improve user experience across web and mobile platforms Ensure platform security, performance, and usability standards Support product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Design, or related field 3–5+ years experience in digital platform design or technical product design Strong understanding of UX/UI principles Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage) Understanding of system architecture and API integrations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities What We Offer: Competitive salary ($60,000 – $75,000 per annum) Opportunity to shape a growing digital platform company Professional growth and leadership exposure Collaborative and purpose-driven work environment
